I'm playing the stable release (not beta).
The lightcone in cave from these holes where shadows are spawning, is blocking any action with mouse click.
As long as the object is behind that cone, you can't click on it to eg. pick it up.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to caves and find that wholes. Try to do any ation to something behind it or try to drop an object there with mouse.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
