Kitcoon reset level after feeding and exiting game

 My kitcoon was reset even though I had already fed it 6 hours ago. I fed and quit the game, when I reentered the game I found that my kitcoon was reset. 

please! Help me, I don't want my 2 months to go to waste. :!:

Steps to Reproduce

It started when I entered the game feeding kitcoon normally then the game crashed and when I entered the game again the kitcoon was reset.

When you came back, did you get the notification that the Kitcoon had abandoned you? Did adopt a new kitcoon?
