Judge's booth can't be removed

You should be able to hammer it. During a contest it is temporarily un-hammerable. 

I was not able to repro it not being un-hammerable after the event, but if for some reason it does get that way, until we figure out why, reloading the game should fix that.

Thanks Jason. I'm discussing this with other gamers and also try to reprocedure it. While i'm doing this, i have the following founds. Hope this will help.

1. Restarting the game does fix the issue.

2. Another gamer said that if we use the booth one time for the contest successfully, the booth then is hammerable. I tested it and that is true.

3. New booth which never call the judge is hammerable.

4. Booth that fails to host the contest will be changed to un-hammerable. e.g. Surroundings is dangerous, it is in dusk or night, not enough beefalos. Please see the attachments.

Just FYI this bug is still present. If contest fails to start, booth is unhammerable until server restart.
