Item missing from Crafting Menu

I had a base and for the first time I reached winter, then the cyclops destroyed a lot of things, incluing my lighting rod.

The problem is that after this event I can't craft a new one because it's not appearing in the crafting menu anymore.

I tried to verify the files on steam and after that I reinstalled the game, but nothing changed, what more can I do?

You are in the wrong item filter tab please click on the Structures or Rain Gear filter icons to see the lightning rod. Alternatively type into the search box at the top lightn and it should pop up.
