Item collection failed

I can not use the skins that I purchased "in game". Please resolve this issue soon or provide the "spools" to replace said items. Thanks.

Steps to Reproduce

I was simply playing DST when I experienced a crash and when I rejoined the server all of my "extra" skins were locked again. Also when I try to go to Item Collection on the main screen I get an error message that says to try again in a few moments which also does not resolve the issue.

Hi there, from what you described, it sounds like you are having some network connection problems and having trouble connecting to our servers.
