Item collection download failed

Hi,

I cannot access any of my skins. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, rebooted PC, but that didn't fix the issue.

Please help :<. I did not purchase skins so I can't use them...

PS.: I can't find the MDMP File.

Steps to Reproduce

In launcher, if I press on "Item collection" I get "Item collection download failed".

In game, I don't have any of my skins (cannot reskin, cannot craft any skin version item).
