Issues with Thulecite Medallion and Ancient key

I found several issues with Thulecite medallion and Ancient key, which may not as designed.

1. Put a Thulecite Medallion in a backpack, then you can see the icon of Ancient key shown on the map. If you directly place the medallion on the ground, the icon will disappear. However, if you close the backpack(put it on the ground), the icon is still shown.

2. If a backpack with a Thulecite Medallion inside is picked up, the icon will not be shown on the map. You have to place the medallion on the ground and pick it up again to see the key icon.
