INVENTORY DESYNC while going in and out of caves as wolfgang

I am playing a day 500 world and very often when I go in and out of caves, I get inventory desync

for example I entered cave with 12 lanterns at 0%, filled them all up, made some wraps, and then when I exited the cave I had all lanterns at 0% again and no wraps

I have to rollback every 5 days or such it is unplayable

I only use one mod called Beefalo Status, some client mods and nothing else

I am playing wolfgang on a world with all seasonal events enabled

Steps to Reproduce

entered cave with 12 lanterns at 0%, filled them all up, made some wraps, and then when I exited the cave I had all lanterns at 0% again and no wraps

I am also on a cloud save, and today I am playing on my laptop

this seems to be occuring on my work laptop, so I stopped playing on my laptop, gonna stick to my desktop, too risky
