Infinite "Launching Server" when caves are enabled.

I can't start a new game and launch a server when my caves are enabled.

I disabled all the mods, reinstalled the game and verified files on steam. I don't have any anti-virus software besides Windows Defender and I added all the dst.exe's to the firewall and even tried launching the server with WD and Internet protection turned off.

To my knowlege there is nothing unusual in caves_server_log.txt and master_server_log.txt

Besides creating a new world I can play the game normally and the server starts and creates the world when caves are disabled.

When I click "Cancel" the game crashes and "dontstarve_dedicated_server_nullrenderer_x64.exe" continues to run in the background.
