The incomplete experiment can not be built after reload, this is because the "can_build_moon_device" tag isn't added upon reload, and only added when the mysterious energy appears at first. A simple fix would be to make sure the tag is added in a OnLoad function for the mysterious energy.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Build the 3 altars and create the mysterious energy
2. Reload
3. Notice you can't build the incomplete experiment, because the "can_build_moon_device" tag is missing from the mysterious energy.
