Illumination Circuit not illuminating anymore ever after entering a new shard

Illumination circuit stops showing light radius on my screen after entering a new shard other than the one I was in when I plugged it in. Other players still see the light, and I am still protected from Charlie, but I cannot click on anything as if I were still in darkness.
