If you toss an item through a tentapillar it can get permanently stuck on the "slimy hole"

If you kill a tentapillar and toss and item through it like you would a wormhole, you can lose the ability to pick up the item since it will be stuck in the tentapillars collision. In the image below you are doubly punished for no reason since the Ornate Key can't be picked up with the lazy forager meaning it is effectively lost forever, unless you have a specific way to "move" items which I used Abigail's haunt here.
