A bit of an older bug, but since its Christmas and this is a Christmas skin, bringing it back up.
Maxwell's ice pants don't properly hide the underskirt layer like almost every other pants skin, leading to base skins with underwear to peer through and over the pants, as shown here.
Steps to Reproduce
Equip the Ice Mogul Trousers with a character skin that has a base skirt automatically, such as Willows various skins.
Notice the skirt shows through, hiding the upper half of the pants entirely.
