Ice Flingomatic will not put out fires when server is lagging

If the server is lagging, the Flingomatic's snowballs will just travel in a straight line and won't put out any fires nearby.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build Ice Flingomatic

2. Lag the server (usually by having alot of items on the ground)

3. Flingomatic's snow balls will travel in straight line and not put out any fires
