Ice Flingomatic completely broken on a moving ship

As these three videos show, when located on a ship with speed, Ice Flingomatic is unable to hit its target regardless of whether the flame is on land or on ship, and whether the ship is actually moving or not.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce

1.Build an Ice Flingomatic on ship

2.Build a sail and activate it

3.Set anything on fire

Go to bugs

I don't think it's interesting to watch a boat that you've already fireproofed burn to the ground.

It has so much farming potential with this ability to permanently freeze mobs, but yeah, that could be annoying
