I didn't get a twitch drop

I watched 30 minutes of twitch and unlocked the serpentine icon on twitch, but it wasn't in my inventory and I didn't get the gift in game. I got it three days ago and it still hasn't shown up. :(((

Steps to Reproduce

My pc broke down and I started using my laptop. I used to be able to get it on my pc but this is the first twitch drop I have tried to get on my laptop

Should the issue persist after doing all steps in the guide linked above, please contact support and provide your Klei User ID in addition to the description of the issue.
