I did not receive the new beards and the twitch drop

When the new update came out, I went in to claim the new beards and they did not give me the gift, also, I have not received the twich drops on the new item.

having same issue, watched twitch for several hours and no drops

Edit: nvm, still getting drops, but Twitch isnt sending drop notifications
