I can't use my skins and changing my character to wortox using portal

Hi.somtimes i can't use any skins when i choose any skins and craft my items its skin automatically changes to basic game skin.when i trying to change my character to wortox using portal it automatically changes to wilson.

How can i solve this issue?

This sounds most likely that you are having connection problems talking to our servers. If you post your client_log.txt after experiencing this we can take a look to see if that's the cause.
