I don't know how to explain this, but whenever I hold alt and press any key, I get that weird blododpmgl sound from Windows. It's only in DST, not other apps.
Might have to do with the new (terrible) Windows update? I don't know if this is a problem with the game at all, but it certainly is annoying.
