Hammering the boat race initiator while the race is active crashes the server

Started the race and immediately hammered it to see what would happen.

EDIT-- It also glitches the checkpoints out if you hammer it while it's still winding up to start, but I presume that would be fixed once the starter is made invulnerable once started.
