Hail can be mined off ryftstals, but ryftstals display no hail on them

Title. You get the "Clear" option on them, but you can't see any hail on them before clearing.

As you can see, no hail visible on it on the screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Wait for lunar hail

2. Have glass appear on trees and other objects

3. Go to ryftstal

4. Realise that there's an option to "clear" the ryftstal, but no glass on it

Nice, it's like the opposite of the Mini Glacier bug where the crystal coat stays in place and can be mined even though the glacier has melted.
