Gekkos (world generated or spawned from transplanted grass tufts) will get killed by Tall Birds, Hounds or other creatures, making them not a reliable source of grass or potentially causing grass tufts to become extinct.
Steps to Reproduce
Generate a world where Gekkos spawn near other creatures (typically in the Mosaic and Desert biomes)
