glitching/skipping/going backwards when i walk

Do you have lag compensation on? What is your ping on the server you play on?

You probably have bad internet, too much people or too much mods on server

Also solution for this is turn on lag compensation, it will make game look smoother but it wont actually show you what server sees you so sometimes you can get hit even if you was not in range on your screen
