Glass Cutter attack masked player character durability loss is halved, but attack masked mob wouldn't

As the title said.

To be honest, I don't think they should have shadowthrall tag, which seems to only serve the specific nature of Ink Blights?

Steps to Reproduce
  1. have a glass cutter
  2. attack masked player
  3. attack masked mobs
