It seems like when the Eye of the Storm update hit it caused a glitch with gift wraps. At first I thought I had lost all my gift wraps but it turns out they are just invisible when they are on the ground. This issue has only occurred after the update hit. I've been watching streams on twitch and this seems to be a fairly common occurance amongst many players. There is a rumor that the glitch is also causing Krampus sacks to be invisible when they are placed on the ground. But I'm not sure about that one since I have not been lucky enough to get one. Can this be addressed so I can see my gift wraps again :). Great update and I love your game!! Thank you so much for all your hard work.
Just place a gift wrap that contains an item on the ground and it becomes invisible.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
