Getting a "Dedicated Server Failed To Start" Error Message

I keep getting this error message "Dedicated Server Failed To Start".

it only happens when I try to start my main/current world. I am able to start all of my other worlds, no problem.

I was playing this world earlier today, then updated just now, and now have this issue.

I have verified file integrity, turned off all mods (even though other worlds load, with the same mods enabled) etc.

Steps to Reproduce

start game.

host game.

select my current world.

error message?
