Game Won't Respond After Being Opened.

So, I just downloaded the game today, and when I tried running it, I got a the program opened with the screen black, and after a few seconds, the game said that the game is not responding. I don't know if its my computer or if this is a bug. Please Help! (I really love this game, and want to play badly) oh, and also, I might need to add that my game is downloaded onto a USB. Not much of storage on my disk.

I have Windows 10. On a HP Stream Notebook. And a doc. with the forum because it said it would help.

Alas, from your DxDiag, it looks like your graphics card is below the game's minimum system requirements in order to run. DST requires a graphics card with 256 MB (or higher) dedicated GPU RAM. Your Intel HD Graphics card unfortunately only has 130 MB.

Recommend playing on a computer that meets or surpasses the requirements. If not, your best, next step is to contact Steam Support for a potential refund due to system incompatibility.
