Game starts and has audio but i dont see anything

I have the game on steam and I start it up but it doesn't show anything all I hear is the menu music I have already tried verifying the cache and restarting steam it still doesn't work I see the icon at the bottom of my monitor also please help I really like this game

idk what I was doing I was playing it just fine earlier and now its doing this all of a sudden

Hey there, do you have a two-monitor setup? In the meantime, exit your game, then go into your Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether folder and delete the client.ini file. This will reset your game settings to their default values and allow you to restart the game properly. Let us know if the issue persists.
