Game does not detect Nvidia card

Even when you launch DST and check the log it will show your integrated GPU too but it still runs on the dedicated one.

Yeah but i have a feeling game is not working the way it has to i mean i don't get smooth gameplay while my frame sticks around 59.79-60 and there is also frame drops whenever i scroll down in crafting tab while walking can these two related to each other ?

if you look into task manager and look at what GPU it uses then it should be NVIDIA
