all times when i opened Modes screen I see same message with error, and unable to make any actions. I tryed to uninstall game and install it again, tryed to remove all modes that I had, but nothing is helped

Steps: 1. Launch game 2. Wait till main menu load 3. Click on Modes button( Client modes) 4. Wait few seconds
