when i try to look at a treeguardian i crash immediately.

Steps to Reproduce
I dragged my mouse in the direction of the treeguardian and crashed, was playing as wendy.

Can you please attach the log files. The contain information about the crash.

When you say "look at", does this mean when the treeguard is on screen or when you try to examine it?

Are you playing with any mods enabled? If so, try disabling all mods and then validating integrity of the game files via steam (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335)
