Game can't generate world on No Giants Here preset with Medium-sized world

I can't generate world with Medium-sized Forest and Caves with No Giants Here preset, but I'm also using a Do Your Map! mod by ADM, which has the only change of forcefully generate a Triple Mactusk biome.

Steps to Reproduce

Use "No Giants Here" preset

Set World Size to Medium both in Forest and Caves

Permanent loading with inability to place some essential parts (most of the time moon_altar_rock parts)

Go to bugs
