This bug was discovered on 5/8/2021. I tried to fuel my moggles with glowberries while they were in my krampus sack. I began running in circles. I was able to reproduce the bug. I was not able to fuel my moggles if they were in my krampus sack. I could only fuel it after I moved the moggles to my main inventory. I clipped the incident of the streamer whose world I was playing in.
Later in the evening, a streamer I was watching had the same issue fueling bone armor with nightmare fuel while the armor was in her krampus sack. I clipped that too. She was able to fuel her bone armor once she moved it to her main inventory.
Place fuelable item (I've only seen it happen with moggles and bone armor) in krampus sack and try to refuel them.
