Frogs not roaming, stumps not regrowing, insulated pack not working

Just found out these bugs above, Stumps of cut trees that used to regrow are not regrowing into new trees anymore, frogs are not wandering anymore on my map as well, insulated pack stopped making foods and other spoilables from taking longer to spoil, i don't know if there are more to add to this bugs but this is everything i found. Already tried everything, taking all my mods off (unless the display food value to check if insulated pack is working) tried re-downloading the game again, creating new files and saves to see if it's just one world broken, but is the entire game

Steps to Reproduce

It happened after i used the code to spawn a island from the MOD "heap of foods" in one of my maps

At first I thought it was because of some fashion. But after I created a new server with standard settings and without mods, it turned out that this was a bug of the game itself. So I support this post.

Probably it needed to be fixed on a hot fix since i saw the same bugs happening with other people...

I swear, i had a world with 400 days before these bugs happened and i had a tree farm and the stumps always regrowth in at least 2 days after i cut down a tree...

Only mods are capable of this. In the standard game, trees do not grow from stumps. Believe me.
