This has existed for ages but is pretty annoying and sometimes devastating. When something in Summer like a polar star caller staff puts your temperature below 0, your temperature stays that way for quite awhile and you take alot of freezing damage.
Insulation does not effect this. Even when you are freezing and stand next to 4 scaled furnaces, it does nothing, you just need to wait the time and take alot of damage.
Steps to Reproduce
Stand under a polar star until you are freezing, walk out of it and observe. Even try using scaled furnaces to see that they dont speed up the tempature gain.
