Reposting this one in particular because it makes it a bit tough to tell whether he is blooming with this skin on while wearing a hat.
Steps to Reproduce
Use growth formula with Wormwood's formal skin, see that no leaves fall out like they normally should with all skins.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
