This happened when my friend resurrected me near the edge. I could walk normally, but i couldn't go back into real ground. 

Also, Guardian got stuck and could not leave that position because the pillar was blocking him. But that had to do with the world creation.

Steps to Reproduce
Resurrect player near the edge.
Go to bugs

Hello @asdf105, welcome to the forums. You can get back on land by getting as close to it as possible then type the following command in the Chat box (press Y by default): 

/rescue

This will teleport you back on to land. This was implemented by the devs multiple versions ago since people can be pushed out of the land in a lot of different ways.
