It appears Gnarwails don't check for boats when "fishing". (Rising to eat fish.)
And will commonly appear inside boats.
Steps to Reproduce
Sail around, wait for Gnarwails to spawn. Sometimes they'll appear in the boat, and get stuck in boats when trying to eat fish.
