As per the title, directly killing ocean fish in the water with Cannonballs does not create souls for Wortox to collect. Murdering them in the inventory works fine.
Steps to Reproduce
- Choose Wortox
- Make a cannon and cannonballs
- Shoot some nearby fish in the water (use fish food to bring them closer)
- Notice there's no souls showing up despite the fish meat indicating the fish have met an untimely demise
