Firepit does not unfreeze mobs/players like a campfire/burning object would have.

Title says it all

Steps to Reproduce
Spawn a Snurtle, freeze it with ice staff, build a firepit as close to the snurtle as you can, then burn a board at the firepit. The snurtle aren't affected by the firepit.
Go to bugs

My guess is that it has to do with the fact that Fire Pits can contain a fire. Fire does not spread outside of a Fire Pit like it does with burning objects and Camp Fires.
