fiery pen losesing % on changeing shards

i was traveling from surface shard to cave shard and my fiery pen lost is charge and went to 10% (1 use)

Steps to Reproduce

step one enter cave shard  step 2 cry about loseing your charge

I believe this is related to the fiery pen being at 100% originally, and the game not saving the % correctly. it also happens when you close the server and load it back, any 100% fiery pen will be at 10% instead.
