[Eye of Storm beta bug] Missing storm

I have placed all 3 moon pieces into the fissures on the moon island. The mysterious energy is present. The moon cycle is active. But there are no storms.

Some background information: me and my friend did have storms, and we helped Wagstaff to get the restrained static 3 times. After we did that, we DC'd for the day. When I returned the storms have gone. My friend is unable to join the game for the time being for personal reasons so I dont know if he has the restrained static I need, but I can't seem to get any for myself in the game.

The moon cycle is still active (i.e. moon night, enlightenment etc and I still get some random static shock at times), mysterious energy still active on the moon island. I just cant build anything with my lack of restrained static. And like I said, there are no storms for me to continue myself.

I don't know if this is a bug either, but I cant hammer the pieces to remove them from the fissures. Hammering give me electric shock.
