"Every time I press the Q or E keys to change my camera angle, everything I can interact with briefly flashes with a green highlight. You can see this happening clearly by looking at the Florid Postern in the attached video. Is this a known issue, or is there a way to fix ?

that looks like a mod conflict. please turn off all the mods you have and slowly introduce them back one at a time to see which one is causing the problem
