As title says, when player casts everything encyclopedia buff, but doesn't use it's effect, prototyping gives no sanity. Examples where this is noticeble: ruins rush (reading EE to craft moggles without bringing research station to the ruins, then trying to get sanity from prototyping miner hat, saddle, piggyback near science machine, i.e. without buff consumption), 1st sailing trip (reading EE to prototype tree jam as soon as possible, trying to get sanity back before sailing by prototyping quite a few things near think tank). I suppose absence of sanity on prototyping while buff is actually consumed is an intended mechanic, but in case it's not, I'm mentioning it there.
Also I couldn't test how this effect affects players who are not reader but get buff, so it may be present for them as well, potentially making them loose even more sanity because non-Wickerbottom players gain much more sanity that way. This, if present, could harm cooperation a lot, because Wickerbottom would take away a lot of sanity from them by simply trying to help prototype lantern/miner hat/crock pot faster while she is still near other players (first days of survival).
1. Read everything encyclopedia.
2. Do NOT consume buff, i.e. prototype other stuff normally (alchemy recipes near science machine in case Wickerbottom).
3. Notice that buff is still present (as expected), but sanity from prototyping is not gained. Be confused, because no benefits were gained, yet price was paid.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
