Error with starting the server

For 2 days I have had a problem with starting the server. It shows me an error that I have to try again, but it doesn't work (it's not a fault that I have a mod on the server because if I wanted to turn on another server without mods, it showed the same problem). Can't load or create a server that has caves enabled (discovered today) Please help and fix the bug. I attach a photo of the error. (I tried reinstalling the game but it didn't work, I have no internet problem either so it must be a bug in the game)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on / create a server without caves

2. After enabling / creating, an error message should appear

If you share your server logs this may help identify the issue:

1. Go to the Host Game menu
2. Click the folder icon on the save where the issue occured
3. Find server_log.txt files in Master and Caves subfolders
4. Attach the files here
