Entering Caves Major Bug

I'm looking into this but so far I can't reproduce it in the office. A couple of questions that might help:
- are you both playing on PS5, or a mix? 
- for the player who can't enter the caves, after they go into the sinkhole does the background of the loading screen change, or do they only see the same background the whole time (this would help me know how far through loading they got, they should see the background switch halfway through loading)
- could your friend record/attach a video from before they enter the sinkhole until they're disconnected? I might provide a clue

All the players are on ps4 or ps5. They go into the caves and the loading screen stops and their player tags just do the loading icon. I have to rollback the server for them to even get out of it. They can't forcibly quit because then they can't reenter and I have to shut and restart the server

Do we have an ETA on the patch me and my family were really looking forward to playing this weekend but n its current state it’s near unplayable. Ty in advance
