Enlightenment back to Sanity when the player moves across different Lunacy Tiles

As shown in the image, if players move from the Lunar Rift Tile to the adjacent Lunar Swamp Tile, their Enlightenment will  back into Sanity.

But on the contrary it won't be like this.
