Enlightened Crown animation does not loop properly

The Animation for the Enlightened Crown while equipped does not loop properly. You can see it here cut abruptly every now and then.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Wear Enlightened Crown
2. Stand Still
3. Notice it doesn't loop properly
4. cry about it
