On multiple separate occasions, I have gone to release a sail and it goes into an endless unfurling animation loop. In this state, the sail is effectively rolled up; it doesn't provide a speed boost and the option when clicking on it is "release" (which can't actually be done and doesn't stop the animation loop). Hammering it once seems to be the only way to stop the animation loop. However, as soon as I release the sail again, it goes back into the animation loop.
To be clear, this doesn't happen to me every time I release a sail. It just happens randomly to one of my sails during sailing. I'm not sure of an exact cause.
By the way, shouldn't the option be called "unfurl" instead of "release"? Not that it matters, really.
