I was playing "Endless Mode" with 5 other players. I was the first one to die and started to head back as a ghost to the respawn point, the "Florid Postern." It was not appearing on my map at all. I searched the vicinity of where it was supposed to be and did not see it on my screen. Through voice chat, the other players also described how to find it in detail, and it was not where they said.
That said, the other players said they were able to see it on their maps. When they died, they were able to locate it quickly and said it was located where I had been searching back and forth for 10 minutes.
I have played before so I know what to look for on the map and while moving around as a ghost. It was not appearing on my map and it was not appearing for me as a ghost.
